We have three full-time wedding administrators who assist with all aspects of planning, alongside three banqueting managers who oversee your journey. Your banqueting manager will host key meetings and tastings and will be present on your wedding day from start to finish, acting as your Master of Ceremonies.
It’s this level of personal involvement that helps ensure every wedding at Pembroke Lodge runs smoothly and feels completely taken care of.

The Russell Suite is ideal for more intimate weddings, recommended for up to 70 seated guests. It provides an elegant and light-filled setting for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts.
The Belvedere is our larger event space, recommended for up to 140 seated guests, offering panoramic views across Richmond Park and a flexible layout for bigger celebrations.
Both spaces are fully serviced by our in-house team and can be tailored to suit your full wedding day, from ceremony through to evening reception.

Yes. Pembroke Lodge is fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, with ceremonies conducted on-site by Richmond Registry Office in our dedicated wedding suites.
We offer two main spaces. The Russell Suite is ideal for up to 70 seated guests, while The Belvedere can host up to 140 seated guests for ceremonies and receptions, with larger evening celebrations available.

Civil ceremonies are typically around 30 minutes, depending on the registrar and any personal readings or additions you include.
Yes. Each wedding is supported by a dedicated banqueting manager who is with you throughout the entire day, acting as Master of Ceremonies and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
